Rosemary Bread

This recipe is derived from food.com’s Romano’s Macaroni Grill Rosemary Bread, adapted for a Cuisinart CBK-200 Convection Bread Maker.

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon active dry yeast

Directions

  1. Add the wet ingredients to the bread machine, followed by the dry ingredients.
  2. Set the machine for a 1lb white bread with medium crust and disable the “mix-ins” feature.
  3. When the machine beeps, take the dough out to remove the paddle and replace.
