Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp butter
Dry Ingredients
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 tbsp active dry yeast

Equipment

  • Cuisinart CBK-200 Convection Bread Maker

Method
 

  1. Add the wet ingredients to the bread machine, followed by the dry ingredients.
  2. Set the machine for a 1lb white bread with medium crust and disable the "mix-ins" feature.
  3. When the machine beeps, take the dough out to remove the paddle and replace.
